We believe that the urgency of this mission demands a level of cooperation and mobilization unlike any before, and we are committed to building a movement that is inclusive and collaborative. What does Focus the Nation do? Focus the Nation connects community members, students and educators to make our vision of a just and prosperous clean energy future into reality. Working as a collaboration between different organizations, Focus teams organize events to discuss energy and climate change with their elected representatives. During the first 100 days of the new administration and Congress, January 21 - April 30, 2009, our goal is to invite every member of Congress to a town hall meeting on energy and climate issues in their district.
