	Americans for Energy Leadership is a project to foster the next generation of energy innovators and advance U.S. leadership in the global clean energy sector. We believe the clean energy race represents one today’s greatest opportunities for American leadership – including greater economic strength, improved national security, and renewed international respect – and that young Americans must take bold and immediate action to secure the nation’s position in this industry.
	The mission of EPA is to protect human health and to safeguard the natural environment -- air, water and land -- upon which life depends.
	The mission of the Society of Professional Journalist is to ensure that the concept of self-government outlined by the U.S. Constitution remains a reality into future centuries, the American people must be well informed in order to make decisions regarding their lives, and their local and national communities.
	The Breakthrough Institute is a small think tank with big ideas. Breakthough is committed to creating a new progressive politics, one that is large, aspirational, and asset-based. 	Climate Counts is a collaborative effort to bring consumers and companies together in the fight against global climate change.
	The Center for Food Safety is a non-profit public interest and environmental advocacy membership organization established for the purpose of challenging harmful food production technologies and promoting sustainable alternatives.
	Environmental and human rights groups have been working on coal issues for decades. Power Past Coal is an attempt to unite these efforts and amplify the message: The United States needs to move past coal power. With the help of the Power Past Coal project, regional actions will gain momentum and transform into a national movement.
	National Wildlife Federation inspires Americans to protect wildlife for our children's future.
	Physicians for Social Responsibility is a non-profit advocacy organization that is the medical and public health voice for policies to stop nuclear war and proliferation and to slow, stop and reverse global warming and toxic degradation of the environment.
	National Environmental Education Week is the single largest organized environmental education event in the United States. EE Week increases the educational impact of Earth Day by creating a full week of environmentally-themed lessons and activities in K-12 classrooms, nature centers, zoos, museums, and aquariums.
	The Kick the Carbon Habit Education Campaign is an initiative of the United Nations Environment Programme’s Regional Office for North America. The network is composed of high school and university students who hold events that target both younger audiences ages 8-14 as well as the larger community.
	AASHE is an association of colleges and universities in the U.S. and Canada working to create a sustainable future. It was founded in 2006 with a mission to promote sustainability in all sectors of higher education - from governance and operations to curriculum and outreach - through education, communication, research and professional development.
	Green For All is a national organization dedicated to building an inclusive green economy strong enough to lift people out of poverty. By advocating for local, state and federal commitment to job creation, job training, and entrepreneurial opportunities in the emerging green economy – especially for people from disadvantaged communities – Green For All fights both poverty and pollution at the same time.
	SustainUS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, nonpartisan organization of young people advancing sustainable development and youth empowerment in the United States. Through proactive education and advocacy at the policy-making and grassroots levels, we are building a future in which all people recognize the inherent equality and interdependence of social, economic, and environmental sustainability.
	Climate Change Education.org is a portal website dedicated to resources for climate change and global warming education, solutions and science. ClimateChangeEducation.org provides educational resources and lesson plans for all disciplines and academic levels.
