Getting Ready for the Big Day

After all of the hard work, your team is ready to cross the finish line. (Wheew! Finally!) To make sure that everything runs smoothly make sure that these bases are covered:

It’s a good idea to assign one or two team members or volunteers to each thing. Map the details out one to two weeks beforehand, ensuring every task has someone accountable for it. Run through this with your whole team and arrive early on the big day.
